Near the end of October my BFF had a baby about 7 1/2 weeks early and had to stay in the NICU so I decided to go up and visit them. Unfortunately Jake couldn’t come so I loaded up the kids and headed to Ephraim by myself. Luckily my parents were able to watch my kids for a few hours so I could go hang out with her and get to hold this cute little boy.

On the morning I was packing up to head home I was trying to get out early so that Ethan could get home for his preschool Halloween party . My parents and my sister were all at work so I was at the house by myself and decided to just let my kids run around and play so that I could get everything packed and loaded. Well here is what my dear sweet little boy was doing-

He was just chillin upstairs watching a cartoon with Koschei (my sister’s puppy). And what was my little miss menace up to?

She was also chillin, it just happened to be in the litter box! Seriously?! She couldn’t have found a better place to hang out? Luckily my sister had just cleaned it out and the cats don’t really use it much anyway but just the thought of it is yucky. Thankfully, last time we were there she found a new place to sit and hang out (it’s a little blurry)-

Yes, it is the dog’s bed/crate in the living room, but hey, I’ll take the dog bed over the litter box any day!
